First impression
StayInCDA works best for guests who want a professional, easy-to-trust stay with real space, neighborhood calm, and simple access to what brings people to Coeur d'Alene in the first place.
Three bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, and laundry make this a practical fit for family weekends, events, and longer stays.
Enjoy a calmer Coeur d'Alene stay while keeping the lake, parks, restaurants, and downtown within a short drive.
A neighborhood bike path connects toward Riverstone and the Centennial Trail, and guests with bikes can use secure storage at the house before heading to the lake, downtown, or Silverwood.
You can review dates and estimated pricing first, then place a refundable hold through secure Stripe checkout.
Photo tour
Instead of generic rental photography, the goal here is clarity: clean rooms, generous common space, and the practical setup guests actually care about before they book.
Inside the stay
The photos now show the actual arrival experience and the real neighborhood, not just the interior rooms guests sleep in.
Stay overview
StayInCDA is built for guests who want more space than a hotel, easier parking than downtown, and a calmer Coeur d'Alene Place neighborhood feel while staying close to Blue Grass Park, downtown CDA, Silverwood, and the lake.
Best for
Families, event weekends, visiting relatives, and guests who want a quieter home base with polished basics handled well.
Important note
This is a private upstairs rental, not the whole house and not a lakefront property. Guests choose it for the quieter neighborhood feel and the quick drive to downtown, Riverstone, and Lake Coeur d'Alene.
The entire upstairs is yours, with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and private balcony.
Your group has a dedicated entrance, so coming and going is simple and independent.
We live downstairs, but the two levels operate separately. You get privacy plus responsive local hosts if questions come up.
With laundry, workspace, strong WiFi, and a stocked kitchen, the home works well for family trips, events, and multi-night stays.

Actual guest entrance
Guests arrive through this dedicated entrance, then head upstairs to the private guest level. It is one of the clearest differences between this stay and a standard hotel room or a less-defined shared setup.
See how the private entrance setup works
Real neighborhood feel
This is the part of the property story that broad lakefront photos cannot show well: Coeur d'Alene Place has a lived-in, residential feel that many guests prefer after busy downtown outings, park days, or long drives.
This is a split-level home, so stairs are required to reach the upstairs guest space. It is not a whole-house or lakefront stay. Guest pets are not permitted. We do keep cats and dogs on the property, so guests who are sensitive to animals should know you may occasionally hear normal daytime dog activity.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere in the house or on the property. Thank you for helping us maintain a fresh, clean environment for all guests.

Setup clarity
