Photo tour
Instead of generic rental photography, the goal here is clarity: clean rooms, generous common space, and the practical setup guests actually care about before they book.
Inside the stay
Three bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, laundry, and spaces that work well for families, event weekends, and longer resets.
Stay overview
StayInCDA is built for guests who want more space than a hotel, easier parking than downtown, and a calmer Coeur d'Alene Place neighborhood feel while staying close to Blue Grass Park, downtown CDA, Silverwood, and the lake.
Best for
Families, event weekends, visiting relatives, and guests who want a quieter home base with polished basics handled well.
Important note
This is a private upstairs rental, not the whole house, which helps set expectations clearly before booking.
The entire upstairs is yours, with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and private balcony.
Your group has a dedicated entrance, so coming and going is simple and independent.
We live downstairs, but the two levels operate separately. You get privacy plus responsive local hosts if questions come up.
With laundry, workspace, strong WiFi, and a stocked kitchen, the home works well for family trips, events, and multi-night stays.
This is a split-level home, so stairs are required to reach the upstairs guest space. We also have pets on the property, and you may occasionally hear dog barking during the day.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere in the house or on the property. Thank you for helping us maintain a fresh, clean environment for all guests.
